AMINA Bank Named Best ‘Digital Assets Solution’

WealthBriefing Awards recognise Switzerland’s leading financial services institutions

Zug, Switzerland – X February 2024 — AMINA Bank, a leading global crypto bank simplifying access to the digital assets economy through a suite of fully regulated banking services, has been recognised as the best ‘Digital Assets Solution’ at the Eleventh Annual WealthBriefing Swiss Awards.

The awards identify and celebrate the industry’s most distinguished financial services firms across Switzerland, following a rigorous process of judging for each category to select the winner.

In its eleventh year, the awards program honours innovation achieved by wealth management firms that are providing exemplary service within their field. The awards have been designed to showcase outstanding organisations grouped by industry specialism that the prestigious panel of independent judges deem to have ‘demonstrated innovation and excellence during the last year’.

Upon acceptance of the prize, Markus Menzl, Chief Commercial Officer at AMINA Bank, said: “We are delighted that our products and services have been recognised by the judges as worthy of being awarded best ‘Digital Assets Solution’. This award is a testament to the success of AMINA Bank in our mission to define the future of finance, and the strides we have made since becoming the first crypto bank to receive a FINMA licence back in Switzerland in 2019. Many thanks to my diligent colleagues whose hard work and belief in our goals have made this achievement possible.”

This award marks the first industry accolade received by AMINA Bank in 2024 for its products and class-leading service offerings. In 2023, AMINA Bank, previously known as SEBA Bank, received the award for ‘Digital Assets Solution, Fund Manager’ at the European WealthBriefing Awards 2023. AMINA’s Crypto Asset Select Index ETP, AMINAX, additionally won ‘ETP of the Year’ at the Swiss ETF Awards in 2023.

The WealthBriefing Swiss Awards are part of a global programme of awards run by WealthBriefing, and its sister publications WealthBriefingAsia and Family Wealth Report, encompassing all of the world’s major wealth management centres, including Europe, Asia, the Americas, and a variety of more region-specific awards.
